February Meeting: Real Property

The February chapter meeting will be held on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the L'Olivier Restaurant. ASA members are invited to attend the Board of Directors meeting at 5:30 p.m. The Chapter meeting will get underway with a networking mixer at 6:30 p.m. Dinner is at 7:00 p.m. when the guest speaker will be Charles B. Warren, ASA who will continue the controversy in a talk about Conservation Easements. A man of many parts, Mr. Warren is multilingual, a prolific author on a variety of real estate issues from here to Istanbul, an entertaining speaker, an FAA pilot, a Coast Guard master, a past President of the ASA San Francisco chapter, and the principal of Warren & Warren. The program qualifies for one hour of ASA Continuing Education Credit. Attendance certificates will be distributed during the program. All ASA members are invited.
